Inspiron 17 7000 not supplied with Adobe Elements Photoshop 11
The product overview claimed this laptop (with touch screen) would be supplied with MS Office and Photoshop 11. MS Office was supplied but there is nothing for Photoshop.

First look at your invoice and make sure it's on there and let me know?
Your key might be on the invoice also.

Try installing Dell Digital Delivery:

Although admittedly I've never used it. My understanding is that it gives you the ability to download third party software that you purchased with your system and scans your service tag to find these whereas My Dell Downloads allows you to get the standard software with your system. Both products do not allow you to download installation files for Microsoft software. For more information see:
