Inspiron 580S Win7 WMP12 Server Execution Failed 06-29-2011

A message appeared on the Desktop .  On June the 29th, 2011,
a warning that a Certificate was going to expire, within a day.
 Valid from: ‎ Wednesday, ‎June ‎30, ‎2010 10:22:11 PM
 Valid to:   ‎Thursday, ‎June ‎30, ‎2011 10:22:11 PM
Certification path
 GTE CyberTrust Global Root
 Microsoft Internet Authority
  Microsoft Secure Server Authority
   office.microsoft.com
This certificate is intended for the following purposes(s):
☻Protects e-mail messages
☻Proves your identity to a remote computer
☻Ensures the identity of a remote computer
☻Ensures software came from software publisher
☻Protects software from alteration after publication

On Microsoft Answers I entered a question:
Microsoft Secure Server Authority, office.microsoft.com one year certificate is expired, invalid, 06/30/2011,
proves & ensures remote computer with software publisher, and e-mail messages.  What next?
(aforementioned info, Certification path)

I am not sure as to the authority discerning Renewal of Certificates
for necessary Program Software use.  And, would like to receive info to confirm
the authority discerning Renewal of Certificates for necessary Program Software use,
on the Desktop I am using.  Too, any help for the  Renewal of Certificate, please.
Manufacturer:   Dell
Model:    Inspiron 580S
Processor:   Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20 GHz
Installed memory (RAM):   8.00 gb (7.80 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System

So, within the first week of July, Windows Media Player 12 quit responding to any normal access of any kind.
An Error message with "Server Execution Failed", discribing individual file location, with display.
All the Troubleshooting for the Program never sufficed for normal access.  Finally, with pinning the Program
to the Start Menu, and opening with Run as Administrator does the Program work.  But, it cannot
use Drag/Drop files or other means for playing files?

Therefore, I am much in appreciation for any help.

Thank you Dell.

First, security certificates are a function of the web site or software.  It has nothing to do with the PC.   I've seen security certificate warnings even on the Microsoft site, at times.

For the WMP12 problem, see if THIS answers/fixes your problem.  (I found this doing a google search for your problem).

With Uninstall/Reinstall at the 3rd step I receive the following:

Windows Features

An error has occurred.  Not all of the features were successfully changed.

Restart followed easy, at the steps.

And, results are the program has a little more of a flash to it on the screen, & just flies right up, & away?

Thanks.

021512m165523  This issue has been resolved with a complete change of users platform tests.  What is the matter has been entirely swept away with new space use and deletion of problem area,  The program problem was finished and the program works with a new platform, on the same drive.
