Loss of face recognition software and the web cam central software.

I just brought studio xps 1340

due to sum reasons i hard to format the pc,and after installing the new os,i have lost the face recognition and the webcam central software

i checked the cds tht came along with the laptop,but they where not there in them

so plz help me and suggest where i can get them or download them............
