Microsoft FREE AutoCollage Touch 2009

I read on the Microsoft web site that this programme was installed as a freebie for some Windows 7 purchasers. Apparently it was only available via OEM sources and not direct from Microsoft.  I wonder what the criteria is for buyers to have this programme included on their computers?  I have used the previous version on a trial but it had a large watermark across the screen until you purchased it.

Autocollage Touch 2009 apparently is a fully registered product.  Is it available on request does anyone know??
