Missing Software from My Dell Downloads for XPS-9000

My Dell Downloads for the XPS-9000/435 is missing the Roxio Creator 10.3 BD version that came installed on my system.

I previously request this installation media from customer suport, but none of the CD's they sent me have this application.

It's very frustrating having to go through this everytime I need to reinstall some OEM provided software.

If installation CD's are being replaced by My Dell Downloads, then at least this site should have it available...

I shouldn't have to restore my entire system to factory default just to get back this one application....
