Office Home and Student 2021 Unable to Install - No Product Code

Just spent seven hours bouncing back between Dell and Microsoft representatives. Office Home and Student 2021 was supposed to come with computer. It did but with no product code. Dell completely unhelpful. Just had Microsoft representative (Karl Francis) say to get a full refund from Dell as they should have given product code. I’ll never buy a Dell again.
