I purchased Office Small Business with my desktop, can the same license be used for my personal laptop?

Is that because it's an OEM license, Microsoft says it's good with them but to check with OEM venders.

Hi ieee488,
Could you elaborate a bit on your answer please.
I have a similiar issue with trying to get a second licence key for Office SB 2007
Thanks.

Retail Versions of Office (i.e. those purchased from a retail outlet) can be installed on two machines. OEM versions (i.e. those purchased from Dell, HP, other OEM, etc.) are licensed for only one machine. This is especially painful for those who purchase the Student edition. The retail version can be installed on up to three computers, but if you buy it from an OEM, you are again restricted to the one machine. Many users are unaware of this restriction
