Printer Installer

I have a Kodak AIO Printer ESP7 and I am not able to update the Printer Installer because I'm getting this error message:  MSI error occurs! Detail info: Error 1316. A network error occured while attempting to read from the file. C:Windows\Installer\C4USelfUpdater_5_4.msi

I have no idea what this means, can anyone tell me what to do so I can update this printer installer?  Thank you.

I have a Dell Inspirion 530S with windows 7, SP1
