Quick set
My computer is not allowing me access to the internet. The error message I get says that "Quick Set has stopped working." Does anyone know what this is and/or how to fix it? Is it likely that this is the problem that is presenting me from getting on the internet?

Carole,
Dell QuickSet is the program that controls thing like the F keys, wireless adapters and backlit keyboards, just to name a few. Usuallt Fn and F2 will turn on most wireless adapters that do NOT have a switch.
Go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag number and under applications, you'll see Dell QuickSet. Download and install this on your computer.
