Recovery doesnt work
I attempted to reset laptop (Inspiron 3583) after it start to lag. I made a USB recovery but the laptop will not boot off of it. I also tried to use the cloud recovery and after it installs I keep getting an error and sys just goes into a reboot pattern. How can I recover this without having to either pay for a new operating sys or new laptop. Thanks
