Runtime Error! OUTLOOK.EXE

EVERY time I shut close OUTLOOK I am getting this error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE

abnormal program termination

Does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?
