They messed up my requested CDs and then want to CHARGE me!?!?!?!?
I am having trouble with SONIC on my computer(it keeps asking for the CD to install when I run it). I have called twice for the CD so far. The first time I got the Windows CD, the second time I got the Dell Resource CD and PowerDVD CDs(I actually wanted these, so it's not all bad). I have yet to get the SONIC CD and they are charging me for these discs they have sent. Aren't these supposed to be free under the media reduction policy?????

I had the same issue with my brand new Dimension E510: the Sonic software kept asking me for the installation CD; to get around this, I uninstalled the software, thinking I could redownload it on the support site. However, that copy is an upgrade, which needs the original software for proper installation. As a result, I could not install it.
Anyway, how do I get a new copy of the Sonic software for my system? I really don't think I should be charged for what's obviously a software malfunction.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Jeff
