To move the exchange 2003 mailboxes to exchange 2010 server

Hello Guys,

I am in a search of a method through which I can perform the following steps :

1) I am having Symantec Backup exec 2010 for Windows, which is having the mailboxes for the Exchange 2003 server and I want to extract the EDB from the backup

2) After performing the extract operation I also want that these EDB's to be migrated to the Live Exchange 2010 Server.

Any help will be greatly appreciated...
