I just tried to ask for help with SyncUp and posted it, only to get "your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 37FF74E2." Well, I am not a technical professional, and it's a home computer, so I guess I am the system admin - do I need to talk to myself to figure this out, or is there a real way to solve whatever this issue is? I keep getting an error saying syncup fails, and then I get a Windows message saying Windows is searching for the cause, which it doesn't find, and then I get a Windows message saying Microsoft will get back to me. Only thing missing is a sticky note saying "Have a nice day." But SyncUp still doesn't work with my iPhone or anything else. I expected better on a brand new system - what do I need to do?
