What happened to the Outlook popup that used to monitor progress of sending email?

In Outlook 2003 under Vista, with messages in my Outbox, when I clicked Send All a message used to pop up showing the progress of sending the email. It no longer appears. I can't find any option under Tools > Options about this popup box. Can you tell me how to make it work again?

I have Office 2003/Outlook 2003 installed on my Win 7 system.

In Outlook 2003, click on Tools then Send/Receive then Send/Receive Settings and finally "Show Progress".  Try this and see if it gets the panel back.

Thank you, Fireberd. Following your instructions does pop up a box showing Send/Receive progress. Clearing a checkbox that says something like "Do not show this when Send/Receive is in progress" is also necessary.
