Where do I get paid support to recover my dell datasafe online backup?
My disk failed. I cannot recover my files backed up with dell datasafe online. The datasafe web page says that the files are there but doesn't show them,
I am more than willing to pay the datasafe people so as to get my back my ten years of emails, but I don't know where to call to get that support.
Does anyone know how to get that support?

Welcome to the Community. It appears to be an issue with some settings on the application. Would request you to call Dell Technical Support Team at : 1800-624-9896 (USA). We have the means to provide your assistance by taking the remote access of your system.
