Windows Debugger File Permisson
I am trying to run Windows Debugger after a blue screen error. Every time I try to open the .dmp file, it gives me an error stating "You don't have permisson to open this file". I am the only user on my laptop, there for the administrator.
Can someone help me get past this error?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Try Right clicking on the program and click Run as Administrator or Right click on the program, go to properties then to Compatability and click run as administrator. You can also try disabling Windows Security features.

Hi, I have a similar problem...
If i want to download the Windows Debugger because the blue screen is showing, how would I even download it when my computer wont turn on??
