Works Suite 2004 - Spreadsheet

When I work with the Spreadsheet - I can have all of the numbers and headings in black - but I make one specific line red - this displays on the screen also in print preview - but when I print - do have printer set to print in colors - the red portion prints in a very light grey. Can I not print a spreadsheet in 2 colors.
