"Recommended" is an update for the following;

for
Dell Support Center Version: 3.1.5907.23
The "download" does not complete?
It reaches 87% and then "Connectivity Errors Detected" stops download.

021512m170341 Dell Support Center Version: 3.1.5907.23 is "downloaded and installed".
There is still a question? The "Recommended" exclamation is on, again? And, there is no response with ?
At first display, at day, there was a "green check" and then pursued to "about" where update is installed. After that, and, PC Checkup, the "Recommended" exclamation is on, again? No response with ?

The "Recommended" exclamation is on, again? Is not a question, anymore!
Below it are "Suggestions", highlighted with the "color" of the "Recommended" exclamation.
So, question is resolved.
