battery meter

i have updated all the drivers. My problem is that battery always charging. I have enable desktop mode. It didn't work. then i disable desktop mode and enable longitivity mode, again it didn't work. At last I enable both but battery tends to charge full whether it is from below 50% or below 88%. it didn't stop charging.
can you make a software by which we DIRECTLY stop charging. it is very important because battery is non removable.

i have some another problem too. touchpad gesture didn't work sometime. so i have to reboot laptop to resolve it.

when laptop wakeup from sleep or hibernation, function key and multimedia key interchange.
