creating recovery discs with Dell Inspiron 13

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series. I would like to do before using the recovery discs. How could I do?

In my PC it is running Windows 10 Professional.

I do not know if within the PC there is software for creating recovery discs.
