new datasafe problem

Hi

I use datasafe with vista. I choose the backup plan using the "folder view", as opposed to the default “category view”. I installed the two or three datasafe versions published between 11/25/09 and 12/03/09/

In all cases, when performing the backup, the system logged in, performed the scan of the disk and, just when it had to start backing up, sent a message saying that windows had stopped the execution.

Dell support could not help, and I had to apply a system restore to go back to the old version.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
