1209S Blinking Lamp & Temp Lights

The projector will not power up on start-up: both Lamp and Temp lights start blinking shortly after power is turned on.  I followed the troubleshooting in the manual and unplugged for many minutes - no change.  Any ideas.  Projector was purchased June 2009 and has less than 200 hours.
