1610HD, No network after Firmware update

I updated my 1610HD to the latest firmware from the Dell support site.  After the update, I cannot get DHCP to function or static IP.  When I select DHCP, I eventually get a message about DHCP failing.

I tried doing a factory reset through the menu but same results.

Anyway to revert back to the prior firmware or fix this with the current version?

Thanks!

WHITEY436,

You can try resetting the network settings using the OSD. I haven't heard of anyone re-flashing the firmware to the previous firmware.

DHCP

DHCP-If a DHCP server exists in the network to which the projector is connected, the IP address will automatically be acquired when you select DHCP On. If DHCP is Off, manually set the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway. Use image of up arrow button or image of right arrow button  to select the number of IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway. Key in Enter to confirm each number and then use image of left arrow button or image of right arrow button to set the next item.

IP Address

Automatically or manually assigns the IP address to the projector connected to the network.
