We have a 1800MP projector which, will not power off sing the power button.
When we press the power button, it asks to press it again to power off, when we do so, nothing happens. The only way we can, currently, power off the projector, is to remove the power cable.
Does anyone have any thoughts on a solution?

Apologies that your projector is not working as expected.
From what you've posted, is it possible that the power switch has become defective? Are you waiting for the bulb to cool off, by letting the fan run? Some models won't turn off if the bulb is too hot to protect the bulb.

I would prefer to use the chat session however, when I enter the Service Tag or Express Service Code in the box, the website fails to find the projector.
