Connecting Surface Pro 3 to Inspiron 2350 AIO Monitor

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to be able to use my Inspiron 2350 AIO as the monitor for my Microsoft Surface Pro 3.

I have all of the required equipment - docking station, HDMI cable, and Display Port Adaptor.
