Congratulations on achieving EMC Specialist certification! While greater detail regarding the Technology Architect (TA) role can be found by clicking here; you may want to have a discussion with your manager and/or EMC Channel Partner Manager. EMC Partners have contractual obligations to get a certain number of employees certified. Your manager should let you know if your certification achievement needs to be counted against that obligation and how it may impact the direction you take.
Best of luck on your next steps toward additional certification! We would love to hear which specialty you pursue.
Hello Sushin -
By achieving the ISM certification, you have completed the Associate requirement for most certifications. With this Associate, you can pursue any of the specialist certifications that are relevant for role and affiliation to EMC.
Please let me know if I've misunderstood your question or need any further information.
My question is that i need to do one TA certification . So i am going for clarion TA. Actualy i want to do vnx TA. But it was not available.
Can i get some docs for this.
Hello Sushin -
Did you see the link to the Exam Description and recommended curriculum on the TA VNX track?
If you haven't been able to find that, please let me know your affiliation to EMC (partner, customer) and I can send you the proper link to the page.
By documents, are you referring to exam descriptions, recommended curriculum and/or practice tests? These can be found under "Exams and Training" on the Education portal.
Documents that are distributed as part of an instructor led course are only available by attending the class or purchasing a VILT.
