I'm just wondering that I can find my latest certificate at certmetrics.com, any idea how to do so.

You should be able to login to your CertTracker account and see you current credentials. Your message says you can't see your latest credentials--are you able to see your previous certifications? When did you earn your latest certification? It can take a few days for new certifications to appear in your CertTracker account.
