Impossible install W2019 in R630

I am constantly desperate, I cannot install windows 2019, the error is when it begins to copy the files, the error that I attach appears.

I have updated everything upgradeable, I have changed the SSD, it should be noted that my R630 does not have a RAID controller, since the storage is via ISCSI.

Before I had ESXI7 installed and it works without problems, but now I need Windows 2019 Srv.

Another question is it normal that the transfer via virtual media goes so slow with Idrac 8?
