Power Edge CS24-NV7 Install OS

Hello Guys! I recently bougth this server without HDDs and i’ve put 2x 1TB, after booting i whent to BIOS and the boot order was really strange, like this exemple: 1. 2. 3. ... 8. - disk 1 - disk 2 - usb with Windows server .iso I tried FreeBSD 11.2.memstick and i could run the installer (error in conf. IPv4 saying i dont have the adappter .. Need to plug 2 cables?) and the other one was ATA Dont Respond .. Could someone help me installing Windows server? I cant run the PENDrive with any Windows System ..
