R420 stuck at "Configuring Memory" with dual CPUs.
I have an R420 that at this poiint I'm ready to throw away. When I install a second CPU it never moves past "configuring memory". I have replaced the main board, CPUs, all the RAM, and it still won't boot. I have the 2CPU riser with the 16x slot, and the other riser is the 1/2 CPU riser. The BIOS is the latest BIOS.
I'm completely at a loss. New CPUs, new mobo, new RAM, what else could be causing this?

Would you confirm a couple details for me?
What BIOS version are you at?
What is the part number for the processors you are installing?
As well as if you are seeing any errors, and if so what are the errors?
