R430 PCIe retainer clip

Hi we have a number of R430 systems that have broken PCIe card retainer clips -- I am unable to find a replacement.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you

Hello https://dell.to/43gO29Q,

Thank you for the image. Unfortunately that is not a Dell part number.

I was wanting an image of the riser(s) that the clip goes in. There should be a sticker with the DP/N number on it.

the clip goes between the chassis and the cage.

the part number for the chassis isn't obvious.  I did find this part number on the chassis, near the cage:

And the cage part number: 533.00A0G.0001

Hello https://dell.to/3Cf5zTG,

Young may be correct. I also mentioned that I am not finding the clip as a separate part number from the riser.

I'm still checking in to it a little more. I can update you when I find something.

Hello iss.software,

Unfortunately,  there is not a separate part number for the retainer clip.

We have about 5 systems with a broken clip. They are quite fragile.

The images are at the upper part of this thread.

If the individual clip cannot be purchased then what about the cage assembly?

Hello https://dell.to/43Q3o5u,

Yes you could replace the riser that it is a part of.

Check the risers you have with broken clip for a sticker, likely on the underside, for a DP/N number and that is the part number you need.

The one for this R430 system is

Part #:7N2YT

Part Desc.:ASSY,MECH,RSR,LPF+LPF,R430

ASSY Riser Card, Left +Right Low Profile, 8 slots, Support 2 half length PCI 3.0 cards

That is a Service Part number. You would need to contact Sales and ask for the Spare Parts department to order. It does not come up on the Dell web pages.
