Our team has qualified the 750GB drive on R840 but since it is not available for sale with R840, it is not listed under the compatibility list. You may go ahead and procure it from other regions, this will not void the server warranty.
I am not seeing that 750gb Optane SSD listed as supported in the R840 server, that doesn't mean it won't work, but just that it isn't tested on that platform, so it would be based on trial and error if it would indeed work on that server.

Just asked Intel - again ... Not validated.
I am wondering if we can order it in Asia/Pacific, but not in US/EMEA.
