Check journal volumes
Hi there,
I'm doing an upgrade to a VNX and I want to check if I need to add any more disk to the journal volume but I'm struggling to find any where in the GUI that can show how journal capacity I have left and assuming write traffic doesn't increase (not expected) if I will need to add more.
Any ideas?

But not all the journals luns are allocated to protection groups so it hasn't used all the available capacity from the underlying pool right?

Not sure I understand your statement. If a Journal is part of an active CG and has been running for a while it is full. If a lun is not assigned to a CG then there is no data on it

Journals are a circular log, its always full. As new point in time copies are created old ones are deleted
