Does RecoverPoint Gen4 appliance require all ports patched?
This is a new Gen 4 installation and the configuration examples show only 2 FC ports patched to a switch per appliance. Is that the rule or should I use all four HBA ports? What impact would this have on the environment?

Assuming your configuration involves 2 redundant fabrics, we support 2 or 4 FC connections per RPA. If you connect 4, you will have more redundancy and theoretically more throughput. However, you already have two layers of redundancy: redundant fabrics and RPA cluster. You are also unlikely to have a bottleneck on your FC links; it is much more likely to have disk or RPA contention long before that.
