New RecoverPoint 3.1 with SQL2005, but with CLR not CRR for DR
Hello,
I am hoping someone can give us a solid, easy and manageable way of setting up our DR site to bring up our current SQL Clusters (3) at a remote site. Each cluster at the DR site will have at least two nodes to accomodate a (2) four nodes and (1) two node cluster.
We are running Windows 2003 Ent X64 and X32 with SQL 2005 with a lot of LUNS and Mount Points, so seemless configuration for DR testing is recommended.
(2) CX3's are here running with (2) RecoverPoint 3.1 devices for local replication
(1) CX4 at our Remote Site (2) RecoverPoints version 3.1 for remote replication
All is in synch right now with the current data, but what is the easiest way to make sure that we can bring up the additional cluster at the DR site without interruption to our exsiting production environment?
Thanks
Freddie
