RP4VM CG icon's greyed out
Just wondering has anyone seen this with rp4vm 5 .2.P2
It’s a fresh install. After a failed upgrade...
But the consistency group icons are unavailable for selection at one site, .
All CG operations are available from second site vcs03..
Debug to date :
Reinstalled the plugin
Login with admin@vsphere.local
Rebuilt the CG
Reboot’s /vc/rp/host
Failed over the CG to see if was local/remote related

So the plugin must not have loaded correctly..
Even though it was showing enabled and correct in the /MOB, and updated from Help, the option to upgrade recover point for vm's option was still available from the help tab.

Hi Dave,
The RPVM cluster shows up as connected in the plugin ?
If it doesn't, try to clear browser cache, check if port 7225 is open vCenter to vRPAs and finally if the vRPA cluster is healthy (via ssh).

plugin enabled
cache cleared
no firewall
System problems: OK
Clusters problems:
vrl-vrpa-c1:
RPAs: OK
Volumes: OK
Splitters: OK
vrl2-vrpa-c1:
RPAs: OK
Volumes: OK
Splitters: OK
WANs problems: OK
Groups problems: OK
One thing that came to mind was licensing..
