iSCSI 1000V and EMC Virtual Recoverpoint Appliance

I am working on a design which works like the following attachment. The storage is a EMC VNX 5400 with two storage processors, each with 2 10gE iscsi interfaces. One interface from each storage processor is on a VLAN, either A or B. The virtual appliance at the top of the diagram will need an interface on each iSCSI network. The 1000V on the vSphere host is in a vPC with lacp (red lines) to the upstream nexus 5ks. There is an ISL between the two switches.

If I give the VM an interface on each VLAN, is it possible to tell the 1k to only send traffic for VLAN A on link 1 and VLAN B on link2, if they are in a channel? Should this configuration work?

I know this might be outside the scope of this discussion, but I suppose it could also be valid for a regular VMware vds.
