RM is a client/server app...are there issues with the RM Client that the server is trying to talk to?
Sounds like you rebooted the server, which will kill the stuck job....but what about the RM Client?
You may want to collect EMCReports/EMCGrab from both the RM Server and RM Client and then open an SR with that output attached.
Thanks well I have tried rebooting the service for ERM server, now I tried for client and also yesterday rebooted the computer still today at 1%. The issue will be getting support since I am at 5.2.2
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated
