How many consistency groups can 1 RPA handle?
I have 2 RPAs at both sites and have 14 Consistency Groups (CG), when do I need to look at adding another RPA at each site? If one RPA fail how many CG can 1 RPA support?

you can have up to 128 CGs per cluster, 64 consistency groups can be replicated by a single RPA.

Yousef is correct in that each RPA can be setup for a total of 64 with an overall total of 128; however if that is not your question then each RPA will give you about 75MB/sec replicated throughput (with low or none compression). If you exceed this amount then you can define a distributed consistency group that will gang the throughput of up to 4 RPAs for a maximum (with 4 RPAs) of 240MB/sec. This is write rate, so take a look at your write activity on your production volumes that are being replicated and use that number. That way you can decide if the RPA will be overloaded or not.
