Replication Manager for VNXe to NS ISCSI

Just purchased a VNXe system. Have a NS120 that I am moving to DR and going to replicate from VNXe to the NS. Already got the CIFS taken care of.  Two questions. 1) How do I replicate the ISCSi piece? Was told to use replication manager, then not to use replication manager..... 2) Once I break the units and move the NS to DR, I will have to change the IP Address. If I do that, how to I ensure that I won't have to start replication from the beginning?
