Issues downloading 5.12.00.10

Attempting to upgrade to v5.12.00.10 via the web interface, but when I select Update Now it returns We couldn't finish downloading your gateway update. Check your network connection and try again.  I checked the network settings and nothing has changes since the upgrade to v5.10.00.10 was done last year.  Is this a known issue?  Is there a work around?  Thanks

Same here. Rebooted the VM and now it seems to be working:

Hi,

please post the solution here this could help other customers, too.

I only know that removing SCG and reinstalling the new one should help.

Just tried rebooting my appliance and the update downloaded.  But when I tried to install the update, it failed

Update failed. Something went wrong while upgrading this gateway to latest version. Please try again later.

Oh well.. I will start looking for solutions to this issue.

In my case, the re-boot helped only a little.

Before the reboot, the download failed quite soon after it started.  After the reboot, it took a good long while before the download failed.  End result still the same unfortunately.

Is there a way to manually update?

same here. And same "download failed" after reboot, but third try succeed to download new version.

I guess that we're too many to try at the same time...

Done a reboot but does not help. Tried a lot of times. For me this is not a accepted solution...
