Timeframe for migration of SRS customers to Secure Connect Gateway
The announce for Secure Connect Gateway mentions that, if your Customers is already running SupportAssist Enterprise 4.x & 2.x or Secure Remote Services 3.x on their Dell EMC systems, they should continue to do so until the in-place upgrade path is available in September 2021. We are now in the middle of September, any update on migration path or plans?
Dell Technologies has recently enabled upgrades from SupportAssist Enterprise 2.0.70 to Secure Connect Gateway – Application Edition. Based on the local server settings, customers will see a roll out of the upgrade notification.
Communication on other upgrades will be posted as available.
