Hi @LL
I'm not able to complete the device discovery, ie some iDRACs. credentials are fine, no proxy or firewall rules, test connection ok.
any idea?
thanks,
Hello,
can you try to reset the idrac like in this document?
Thanks
Marco
Any resolution to this? I'm also running into the same issue using iDRAC v9 express.
Hello @Canadianmade,
Please, can you same some more info about your error? Versions, firmware, error message and the troubleshooting steps you ahve already followed?
Regards.
Thanks for the quick reply! I was able to update iDRAC to version 5.10 and I removed and re-added the iDRAC in secure connect and it's now working.
I have the same issue, the iDRAC Firmware version is 5.10.30.00. I can access the iDRAC using the same credentials but from Secure Connect Gateway it gives me the error
We could not complete device discovery.
Hello @PungliaRS,
Did you try restarting iDRAC (hard reset) and also removed and re-added the iDRAC in secure connect. Is it only happening in one server? You might need to update this one mannualy.
Regards.
This device is added to Secure Connect Gateway through an Adaptor to import devices from the Dell OpenManage server. I cant delete it.

Same issue here.
All Servers are well connected to Open Manage and there is only a Connection from SCG to OpenManage to get the Servers imported to SCG.
Result is that SCG is able to import the machines from OpenManage (you can see the Device Names and Specs) but is unable to Connect to any of them. SAE-020400
