ESRS failed to upgrade version 3.08.20.00

Please reboot/restart the ESRS server(s), then try again. There could be a stale remote session still lingering.  I've seen this occur at other sites.

hello, i am having same error, going from 3.06.00.06 to 3.08.20.00,

unfortunally i spend my time installing version 6, and now i am unable going last ver.

something was delete from EMC2 portal side, i don´t know why.

Log into VM and run command "yast repositories" disable all repositories except esrs_ve_x86_64-Updates https://localhost/updates?credentials=NCCcredentials    (which you may need to enable)    This worked for me.

This worked for me as well :

zypper modifyrepo -d devel_gcc

It will disable the repos and you will not have errors anymore trying to download the update ESRS patch through the GUI.
