ESRS showing offline
ESRS server physically rebooted, still its showing as offline in ESRS webpage.
Can someone help me to get rid of this. Not sure what needs to be done from the FIELD TEAM.

Please run "set device online/offline" and turn on "online=1"
Even if gateway sets as 1, you still face offilne and please once set device offline and then to online.
will also check previous missing alert is acknowleded or not. If not acknowledged missing error, please acknowledge it.

Can you tell me where these commands should be issued?
If this has to be done in the ESRS webpage, i have done it already. something can we do in the ESRS SERVER?

yes, it is in esrs web page.
could you please once run "Restart connectivity" and set offline once and set online again.

Could you please send me the partyID ofGateway directly?
I hope I also check the status and no action plan found, then required to escalate this case to IT global service desk.

I Restarted the services manually in the services and also setup the proxy which resolved the issue.
ESRS back online
