Monitoring SAP HANA (VNX devices) with ESRS
Hi all
Have anybody heard about problems to monitor VNX devices that are part of SAP HANA solution with ESRS ?
We have some configured solutions monitored by ESRS, they were working fine, we have tested with service request successful opened in CSI but some after some days its have stopped to work and VNX were unable to send alerts to EMC.

I would suggest you open a service request for this. Troubleshooting this could get a little complex and would be beyond the scope of this forum.
