DDP not accepting user password and fingerprints not enrolled
I'm trying to use Dell DDP on my Precision 7710 laptop. I've enrolled fingerprints, it works for a few hours and then it acts like nothing is enrolled. Then it tells me that my user password isn't valid (worked fine hours before and no password changes have been made). IT also shows my fingerprints not enrolled. When I reset and started over, it said my fingerprints I wanted to use had already been enrolled, but wouldn't work for authentication. It's just not working. How would I troubleshoot this?

This sounds like a prefect job for are dedicated support call queue. You can reach them at 877.459.7304 Ext. 4310039.
Off the top of my head some things they should help you with trying is updating the DDP software, drivers, and firmware for the fingerprint reader on your device.

Me parece que se va a realizar una recuperación de la SED. Usted puede encontrar las instrucciones aquí:
