Need To Force Uninstall Dell DDPE

Hi,

Dell DDPE on my Latitude E7280 has unfortunately become corrupted. It's not listed on the list of programs installed and it's neither possible to uninstall it manually or upgrade it to a version that's compatible with Windows 10 1709 Creators. 

Is there a tool available to scrape this off my system?

I think I'm heading for a rather disappointing complete uninstall / reinstall of this laptop minus Dell DDPE with a blank Windows 10 Pro installation (10 hours work reconfiguring all my software) which is the last thing I want to do.

Dell, help!
