Power Edge R720 with iDRAC7

En el arranque del servidor Power Edge R720, aparece el siguiente mensaje asociado a iDRAC despues de inicializar la RAID en la BIOS:

Warning ! iDRAC initialization error. Contnuing to boot may yield.

unexpected power loss due to uknown power inventory and various features lost such as Remote Access, Active Power Management, Thermal Management, inventory, LCD, or System Error Reporting.

Management Engine Mode.                     : Active

Management Engine Firmware Version : 0002.0001

                                                         Patch.  : 0005

                                                         Build.    : 00A7

Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the system setup program.

What we have do:

The only option is to run F1 to continue because the F2 shows:

SWC0700:  iDRAC is not ready. The configuration values cannot be accessed.

We tried to upgrate the firmware and reset the version of the firmware of the idrac to default; however, the upgrade fails and the reset to default continue with same mesage to start the BIOS. 

do you know what is the part numbers we do replace ?
